Question / Help Stream to Video Input?

Can I somehow stream to Video Input, such that I can use the output of OBS like an webcam signal?

Then I could use it for example for Skype and other video chat programs.

OBS doesn't have any other output than RTMP and file recording. OBS2 (aka OBS Studio, OBS multiplatform) probably will have more outputs
