It should work fine for that if you use OBS as a virtual camera for Zoom, and also download and install the Multiple RTMP outputs plugin.
Note that audio can be quite finicky to get a real grasp on when dealing with Zoom meetings where you need to capture incoming audio and relay it to OBS. There are several applications that will help route audio where you want it, i.e. Loopback or iShowU
