My stream has been fine for 5 months, up until 3 weeks ago. Now, every 5 minutes I get a 15s long frame drop. I tried everything on the post that explains what to do, but I have not changed anything, this just came up randomly. I want to know what happened as it was working fine before.

2 GB AMD Radeon HD 6xxx series
3.0 GHz i5
8 GB RAM
Windows 7 64 bit
Streaming my Elgato (which stops the program from responding whenever I hit preview, but works again after 10s)
I use 2 plugins, which crashes OBS whenever I try to configure them sometimes.
RAM usage goes up to a max of 40% during my stream, same with CPU usage.
My internet is 70 mbps download and 15 mbps upload. I'm using 10% of my upload speed.
No router problems, firewall should not be an issue either.
Tried changing servers, still the same.
I also enabled aero recently, same stuff.
