Question / Help Stream stuttering/small laggs - scene causing them?

My stream has stuttering / minor lagg (probably just stuttering)

I was wondering if it's because of my scene? My settings should be fine...

Anyways the scene I use is the one one of the obs staff adviced me months ago.

Monitor capture, with aero on. So basically U can see my screen without me having to change scenes all i have to do is put games in non-fullscreen.

Would it be advantageous for me to go to game capture & monitor or screen capture for outside of the game qua performance? (I dont really want to change if i can fix the issue i'm having by maintaining the same scenes).

I would not monitor capture unless you have to. and you only need aero enabled for game and window capture. monitor capture, you want aero off.
 
Ye I know when to put aero off or on that's not the problem :P

So what do u guys advice? Gamescene for games but what type of scene should i use for outside of the game?

Also when I use gamescenes it does not switch properly, when I try to manually switch with keybindings my scene switches, but turns and stays black :/ . Any plugins to fix this? I know there's a plugin around who does it automaticly for obs, should I install it? (autosceneswitched plugin)
 
What type of scene should I use outside of games?

Should I add the autoswitch scene swap plugin because manually swapping with hotkeys wont work for me? (screen turns black)
