Question / Help stream stuttering plz help

so I messed with all of settings and I made it perfect last night and then i tried to stream to twitch today and the stream just stutters and i didnt change any settings and my stream just stutters plays for a couple seconds and then stutters plz help

What's your internet connection speed? The speed you're concerned with would be the upload speeds. Should be above 1000 kb/s to stream at decent speeds.

Also, what're your OBS Broadcast/Video settings? PC Specs?

Well, you aren't dropping frames, but the encoder is having to skip some because your CPU is getting overloaded. Try downscaling to 720p. If it's still stuttering due to Twitch having to buffer, then the only solution is to lower bitrate until it stops. It means that you can't download the data fast enough from the Twitch server you are pulling video from.
