Stream Stuttering Help

So the last 3 streams I have done I have had some issues with video stuttering. I have been messing around with settings to try and fix the issue and it seems nothing I have done has effected the stream in anyway. I am using the GPU encoder. My system specs are Intel 14900KF with a 3090 and 128gb of system memory. I am attempting to stream at 1440p 60fps, which is the resolution of my desktop and the games I play. My internet is 1gb fiber down and up. I am a bit stumped. Attached is a log from last nights stream. Also I am unsure is sending links so you can see what I mean is allowed, so I will wait until someone asks for the link. Also, if more information is needed, let me know, I will be watching this like a hawk for a couple of hours.

Edit: I have reviewed the log, but I have no idea how to really assess the issues I am having, as I don't really know what I am looking at.

The youtube recommended maximum bitrates for 1440p is 30Mbps and you set it to 50Mbps, way over the max for even 4k 60fps.

Please read and follow directions and recommendations on the analyzer:

Disable HAGS
Enable Windows Game Mode
Correct the YUV color range

On the encoder, you may want to try with p4 instead of p3.
Make sure the plugins are updated and compatible with the OBS version you're using.

So, I wanted to get back to you and let you know that your links were a great help and just what I needed. Ultimately after fixing those issues, I still had a few things I needed to sort out in the in game settings. Like, limiting my frame rate so the GPU isn't going full tilt the entire time and just the usual gaming woes at that point. Thank you again for providing that information, it was incredibly helpful!
