Question / Help Stream stutter and settings help.

My stream stutters very badly, making it unwatchable at times. The quality is fine, however.

Additionally, I'm having some trouble finding the right balance between quality and bitrate. My upload speed is 5.5mbps as tested by testmy.net. I've read the guides on how to optimize your settings, but I'm still a little confused.

Log file.

Settings:
Bitrate: 1400kbps
Video: 1.5x downscale @ 30FPS, bilinear

Specs:
CPU: Intel i5-4590 3.3GHz
RAM: 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3
GPU: GTX 970 x 2

For starters, 1400kbps for 1280x720 is going to give you a very blocky looking image on stream so you should either lower you output res or increase your bitrate to around 2000.

Second is you are using SLI. OBS does not properly with SLI, so what some of your other card is doing is going to go unchecked in OBS and not show up on screen, hence the stuttering as well. You can try this out to see if it helps https://github.com/jp9000/obs-studio/releases

Can my internet support 2000kbps? I'm sorry if that answer is obvious or anything.

What is that link you shared? Is it another release of OBS?
