Question / Help Stream stuck for viewers

so I test since few weeks to stream but the problem is my viewer say the get some times laggy video and sound is okey or they get some time black screen for short time but sound is okey. I tried many options new and now they say it looks like fps drops.

my specs.
i2600 3,40GHz - 3,70GHz
8,00GB Ram
nvidia GTX 970 zotac

my Uploadspeed is 5000-6000 different depends on time.

I did the "Twitch Bandwith Test" here is the screenshot

above is a link to all the advice we have for viewers lagging. In the end, the issue is between their reference server (small-time viewers always go to the San Francisco server no matter what ingest you pick. once you get over a certain threshold of viewers, your stream will be replicated to other servers around the world.

TLDR, the most you can do for those viewers is to lower your bitrate and since you are doing 1080@30, you might as well lower that to match your new bitrate (recommended 2200-2500 bitrate)
