Any idea what it might be?:)
The software? i've checked processes, and couldn't find anything "Extra ordinary" That would damage the OBS setup.

Mainly third party firewalls that are unnecessary.

If you are saying you didn't disable "send windows optimization" in OBS, then something on your PC did. OBS just doesn't disable this feature by itself.

Are you also running OBS as admin?
