Hello peeps!
I've got a question, 2-3 months ago i sat there streaming. All of a sudden, my OBS stopped giving out Network. Frames got lost and it's not going on to Twitch. ( Tried every Server on justin/Twitch/Hitbox) Same outcome.
Starting at 0Kbps, going up to 1500, then down to 1000,300,0 kbps ( Stands there until reconnect) Then 1000,300,0 Kbps.
While playing Path Of Exiles, i can stream trough theirs interface to Twitch.
Any tips? i'm trying this with a fresh install of Windows 7.

8Gb Ram
280x 3Gb
40/40Mbit Fiber on Ethernet.
Tried to change to the 64bit Version of OBS No luck.
Tried Disabling/ Making rules for OBS in Firewall, no luck.
