Hi, will try to be short.
So my problem is, that my stream is smooth, as long as im not ingame. After i get in a game, or tabbing into it again, it starts lagging after a short time. i already tried everything in the settings, trust me... but will still try anything to get it working.
Specs:
ryzen 5 2600 currently OC to 4Ghz (doesnt make a difference with default settings)
Vega rx 570
700w PSU

100mbit Download
10mbit upload

a few weeks ago i got a vega 56. also didnt change anything.same problem. Sold it and waiting now for my gtx 1070.
already changed encoder, bitrate, outputscale, fps (cap ingame) etc. nothing works
video how it looks like

I would really appreciate answers from you guys. pls help :D
im German, so dont mind my english ^^

900p60 at 3500 using AMF. Not sure what you're expecting, but I'm not surprised at the output given those inputs. At 3500 you'd be better off with 720p.

AMF just isn't as good as NVENC, so you should get an improvement at least in efficiency, if not quality.

Bad performance tabbing in/out is a known issue with some games, I'm not aware of a workaround, currently, other than not doing it. (Affects Modern Warfare for sure, maybe others.)

as i said, i already changed everything. varied bitrate from 3500 to around 8000, didnt change anything. so can i use nvenc when i get my gtx 1070 or should i stay on x264?

NVENC is a feature of Nvidia cards, so, yes, you can try that after you get an Nvidia card.

If you already changed everything, then post a new logfile-- there's no point at looking at one that doesn't represent the problem you're currently having.

If you're saying there's no discernible quality difference between 3500 and 8000, then there's something seriously wrong, because that should definitely be visible.

If you're saying there's no difference in the issue relating to tabbing in/out of game, there wouldn't be relating to bitrate anyway. Nor will that be affected by using NVENC or not.

You've got your Nvidia card installed but you're still using the CPU encoder, and it looks like you've added some custom settings you don't need. Switch to the NVENC-new encoder, set your bitrate and output resolution, and keep lookahead and psycho active tuning off.
