Question / Help Stream shut downs

Ok, so here's the deal. I used to have problems with my internet provider, randomly loosing internet connection.
now, it's doesn't happen that often, it's once a day, just router restarting.
But lately my stream just keeps ''dying''. I don't get the red text ''quality set too high, cpu can't handle, please turn down settings'', it just drops the connection to the server and immediately starts reconnecting. All the while my game is working perfectly. Youtube if it's on, teamspeak as well, nothing else even stutters but the stream.

If you're disconnected from Twitch and then get a "stream key already in use" error you need to wait a few minutes so your connection times out first before reconnecting.

that is not that big of a deal, i figured that out a few months back. Biggest problem is why is connection being lost in the first place?

How were your TwitchTest results? Why didn't you test with a different service?

Because i dont intend on streaming over hitbox anyway... So why would i care if it works on hitbox?

I'll copy the answer to that question straight out of the troubleshooting guide.

Try another streaming service (Just as a test)
It can be helpful to try a different streaming service just to make sure the issue isn't just with the provider you're trying to use. For example, if you are having connection problems with Twitch.tv, try streaming on Ustream.tv or Hitbox.tv to see if you have the same issues. If the issues disappear, the problem might be with the streaming service. If the problem remains, then the issue is more likely with your connection in general.
