I get a "High Encoding" error sometimes as well

Processor - AMD - E1-6010 APU with AMD Radeon R2 Graphics 1.35 GHz
Installed RAM - 4GB (3.46 GB usable)

Please give me the best settings i can use to resolve the High Encoding issue and to have no lag!

Post a logfile from a session at least 5 minutes in length. You can find these in the Help menu.
Your CPU (APU) is *extremely* weak, and may have to use very, very low resolution and framerate settings.

Yeah, you're probably going to want to downscale to 360p, or 240p. Your APU is being overwhelmed massively. Real-time video encoding is a VERY computationally-intensive task, and APUs in general are... well. Anemic, to put it politely.

And should i change Fps settings and such? sorry im a noob at this lol

Use the downscale option in settings. You can also change the framerate there too, which will also help, but it's a better idea not to go below 30 if possible.

I still don't understand what i should change The resolution down scale to , and you said keep the fps at 30?

The downscale dropdown box. Not the base resolution. Base resolution should be the same as your desktop (or the resolution you play the game you'll be streaming at).

so the 852x480 should be fine for base resolution ? i don't see a option for 360p on the resolution downscale man..

High encoding is caused by overworking your CPU.
Lowering the resolution will lower the load on the CPU, as it won't have as much to encode.

Again. Set base resolution to your monitor's resolution. Use the dropdown to downscale to whatever resolution where the second number is at or below 360. (480x360 or lower)
