Question / Help Stream Settings

I want to stream more games especially everything.
Today I gave it a try for Counterstrike Global Offensive. It was not fine, some microlaggs but not on the stream, instead of Ingame.

My Internet connection (~100)


As software I use OBS with one plugin CLR Browser for TwitchAlerts. Media what I share is my Ingamesound, Microfon for talk, HD720 Camera and Gamescreen.

My settings of OBS:



Short view of my hardware:
- CPU: Intel Core i7 4790 @3.60 - No Overclock
- GPU: Nvidia Geforce GTX 980 (iChill Herculez 3x)
- RAM: 16GB DDR3 Dual ~ 4.000 NB Freq
- MB: MSI Z87-G45 Gaming


Hopefully you have some tips for me which I can try.

Don't use custom buffer size while streaming.

And don't expect to be able to have a lot of viewers while streaming at 3500kbit.
