May be stuck with the bars. Even when I clicked it nothing happend.

did you change your game capture window to stretch image to screen? as in, down near the sources double click on your game capture and select stretch to screen from the prop[erties.

under the video tab set a custom resolution to 1920 x 1080 and downscale to 1280x720 using lanczos filter. you wont see it as looking right but the stream will and thats what matters. send me a link to your stream after

use the ignore aspect ratio on the game capture properties then it should stretch

Also if you can raise your bitrate a little. maybe 2800-3000

What bitrate would you recommend?

2800-3000 and if your viewers are alright with it, 3500. some viewers have issues with it, but it will look the best.
