Let me start off by saying I wasnt exactly sure where to post this but I think this could be very beneficial to most with similar PCs to mine.

So first let me tell you my PC specs (or the main ones you need)

i7 2600k @ 3.4GHz
GTX 570
8 GB Ram.

My internet connection is: http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/3374994157

Here is a copy of my very last stream with these settings. http://www.twitch.tv/xpoze/b/511221939 . If you like the quality continue reading and this may help you. (Please tell me how you guys thought the vod looked quality wise).

Note these settings exactly wont work for everyone but if you have near the same rig/internet as me I think tweeking these settings will help.

The above settings are what I used for the above VOD.

Here is a copy of my log: https://gist.github.com/23eac9c9f7c707ae12ce

Any questions feel free to ask and if anyone has any advice or tips to maybe improve my quality even feel free to add. I am buy no means an expert at this but after TONS of trial and error this is what worked for me. Thanks for your time guys and hope this helps

Stream settings depend on a lot of different factors, mostly with hardware configuration and internet bandwidth. I'm glad you found settings that work for you, but it probably won't be terribly helpful for others, since everyone has a different setup.

I agree but like I said for people that have a PC and connection near or close to mine they could help... Atleast give them a base to mess with. The exact settings might not work but these base settings might help. Whether its lowering fps/bitrate or whatever it may be
