So I have been watching twitch and noticed people stream from their laptops and was wondering if i could do the same thing.
Im currently at a friends house and wanted to test my laptop for streaming since I dont have my desktop. What setting should I set my OBS to?

CPU: Intel Core i5-2450m 2.5Ghz with Turbo Boost to 3.1
RAM: 8.00 GB DDR 3
Graphics Card: GeForce GT 630M with 2GB Dedicated VRam
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit
Internet Connecton: (19mbps down 1.9mbps up using testmy.net)(21mbps down 2.18mbps up using speedtest.net)

Sure, just know that you'll probably have to mess with nvidia control panel to to get the capturing to work properly. The thing which you capture and OBS must both be running on the same graphics adapter.

Will I be able to run gmod and obs
Toshiba satellite s70-a-11h
I5 2.5 ghz turbo boost 3.1 ghz
8gb ram
1tb hard drive
Nvidia GeForce gt 740m
Laptop gaming
Also desktop replacement

what setting should i use for obs to stream i keep getting WARNING: High encoding CPU usage try turning down the settings.

i have a MSI gaming laptop the GP722QD Leopard or somthing like that aha but my spcs are
