Question / Help Stream Settings for laptop

Well i would like to tell me which are the best settings for my laptop sothat i can stream on twitch.I want to stream Dota2.
My laptop's specs are the following:

CPU: Intel Core i3-3217U 1.80GHz
RAM: 4GB
Graphic's Card: Intel HD Graphics 4000 - Nvidia Geforce GT 720M (they are two cards shown in device manager)
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit
Internet Connection: 10 mbps Download - 1 mbps Upload (based on speedtest)

Feels like a somewhat weak CPU. You may not be able to stream high definition. If you get high CPU usage make sure to use more downscale and avoid going above 30fps.

meh another problem is .... your upload

the cpu isnt even that bad since its an hyperthreaded dualcore but yet you would have to downscale quite a bit and use a faster preset but the worst of it is that you dont have the upload


you could try 30fps 480p with 600 bitrate/buffer and see how this goes but overall i have no real hope and it will pretty much look meh

well thanks for replying guys.i am now with my laptop otherwise i would be streaming from my stable pc.i will try 600 bitrate with lower resolution and see how it goes.i tried yesterday streaming Dota 2 and i had like 400ms ping and a little delay but the stream was good.
