Question / Help Stream settings, cant figure out what works

Hey, I've been trying to stream on twitch, but cant figure out the right settings on obs for it to work after i moved. stream keep lagging, but fps and ping is good.

Specs:
Intel Core i7-3770
8192MB RAM
AMD Radeon HD 5700-Series
1650x1050 resoluion

Speedtest:
9.39 mbps download
95 mbps upload

Any ideas to what OBS settings that would work for my stream?

Current settings:
x264 encoder: veryfast
Max bitrate: 2900
Buffer size: 2900
Use CBR: check
FMS URL: Stockholm
No downscaling (1680x1050, although i play LoL in windowed 1024x768), 30 fps
Aero off
Sound: AAC, 96 bitrate, 48kHz, stereo

None of the infos you posted is helpfull. Post a log.
Also watching your own stream and seeing it lag doesn't mean anything, it could be perfectly fine for your viewers.
