Question / Help Stream Set-up?

Hello all! I've just bought a new pc but I don't know how to set-up my prefrences to stream. I'll be streaming League of Legends and more games.

Specs:

GPU: Nvidia GeForce Gtx 970 Windforce OC 4GB DDR5

CPU: i5 4670K 3.4 GHz

MBOARD: MSI Gaming z87 gd65

PSU: Nox Urano 750W

RAM: Ripjaws 4GBx2 1600MHz
