I turned on the new nvidia feature and it seems to be doing ok but if any of the IT heads can give me suggestion on how to make it perfect would be much appreciated

The reason Nvidia encoder is doing ok is because you're using 3600kbps bitrate with it. Given the fact that you're not partnered with twitch you should aim for a less and more opportune bitrate in combination with disabling NVENC while keeping the preset at veryfast, more viewers will gain the ability to watch that way.

so you're saying i should take off nvec and lower the bitrate what do you think would be the best for my ul with out being pixely. I thought nvec helped with video encoding didn't know it made it harder for ppl to watch

Well, a game like LoL is relatively easy to stream because it's low motion, and you can get away with lower bitrates to not have very much pixelation. A game like Assassin's Creed however, will require much more bitrate to reduce pixelation because the entire scene is almost constantly in motion. I recommend that you stick to 2500 bitrate or lower, and simply change to 720p30fps if you want to minimize pixelation when streaming Assassin's Creed, especially if you are streaming to Twitch.
