Question / Help Stream repeatedly dropping with OBS?

I am experiencing some issues with my stream repeatedly dropping, and I'm not entirely sure why. Here's my OBS log https://obsproject.com/analyzer?url=https://gist.github.com/anonymous/524291826e874de1d0bb . It seems to suggest there's a problem with my connection being slow or something, but I used JTVPing as suggested and I'm getting 38ms ping to the server I stream to through that compared to the 513ms that the log suggests. I have changed to other nearby servers previously and that didn't seem to change much.

I don't think its my internet speed either: http://www.speedtest.net/result/4147973693.png[2] and I'm only streaming at 720p 30fps.

Finally, I also was suggested by someone to look into seeing if my ISP was throttling traffic to twitch for me in the past (this problem has cropped up intermittently since I changed ISPs) and there was no evidence of throttling.

Your internet speed is similiar to mine so that's out of the question. Maybe you're using a to high bitrate to stream off? I use a 2k to 2.5k bitrate mostly, not going higher since quality is fine like this imo.

Nope, I'm at 2000 bit rate. The problem seems to be inconsistent also; some days I can go 5 hours without it dropping once, and some days it'll drop 10 times in an hour.

Never really looked into OBS logs before, but, I guess the parts analyzed in red are the ones that causing trouble?

Bad server selected
Try switching to a server closest to you. For example, I live in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, so I took that server. If this doesn't solve, you have to look into the other issues described in the log.

Dropped frames detected
This part actually says the following:
* Your internet is at a poor speed (which is not according to your speedtest link).
* Again, try switching servers to something closest to you.
* Lower bitrate
* Wireless connection (which probably is not).

Connection stalls detected
Again, try switching server to something nearby, or lower your bitrate.

A good tutorial on OBS project forums to actually resolve issues with dropped frames: https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/dropped-frames-disconnecting-lag-read-this-first.8870/

Also, it could be have to do with Twitch aswell from time to time. Sometimes I experience no dropped frames at all and sometimes I get a few and have small latency. Not that I worry about that though, but Twitch servers could screw things up for you a bit from time to time.

As I already said, its not a server problem as switching servers doesn't help and I'm already using the server closest to where I live/ that JTVPing says I have the lowest ping to
