I've been working with it all day, from downscaling to changing my bitrate but everything is still blurry, even in a recording. It doesn't pixelate with motion. The overall quality is just super blurry. >>> http://i138.photobucket.com/albums/q260/mmptmm/Untitledhgfhg_zpswhyr0bbb.png

My upload speed at most can be 11. I'm not sure why it's 7 right now but w/e

well streaming nor recording with 2k bitrate/buffer wont look like high quality especially if you stream with a higher framerate.

if you want high quality recording you want to set the buffer to 0 this will cause the encoder to take whatever bitrate is needed to achieve the set quality goal.

for live streaming you are pretty much bound to whatever the streaming service limits you at.

usually twitch doesnt want to you stream with more than 3500 bitrate/buffer but then again this will cut out a bunch of your viewers, reason being while everyone here will suggest streaming with 720p30 and a bitrate between 2000-2500.

at a certain point you will just end in diminishing return

hmmm...I put it back to 30fr and what my settings were before that log { 720p30 2000 } I guess that's as good as it'll get for quality, but there's still a little bit of pixelation with lots of movement.

thanks for helping C:
