My games do not lag, however on the twitch.tv end, there is a bit of stutter.
My Setup:
AMD A8 6600k 4.2GHz
16GB RAM
GeForceGTX 750ti
Two HD webcams
Internet: Ping 22ms. 54Mb/s Download and 11MB/s Upload.
What should my bitrate be? Should I downscale? What should I put my framerate at?
