Question / Help Stream Randomly Ends

I've been streaming with the Elgato HD 60 Pro without any issues, but I encountered a random stream crash. My monitor which has the HD 60 Pro passthrough flashed black and I look at OBS and it gave me an error.

Is that under the Crash Dumps folder? I didn't see anything dated from today.

19051 milliseconds (ms) is 19.051 seconds, which might show a problem with either your internet or Twitch servers?
