Bug Report Stream Quality poor ++++ Crashing

Its not uploading through the forum applet, so I put them on filedropper. Main error message I am getting when it crashes is:

I guess it loaded 1 file, but the links are good for the rest of them. Just bought a 1070 and was really hoping that I would be able to stream some epic games.
