Question / Help Stream quality help!

I streamed earlier on twitch and after I was done I watched the rebroadcast and noticed my stream quality was bad and there was screen tearing. I was streaming at 1080p 60fps!

My Specs :
i7 4790K
Gtx 770
16 gb ram

Download speed : 50 mbps
Upload speed : 5 mbps

as a first note, dont stream 1080p60 if you want 60fps then downscale to 720p if you want 1080p clarity then stream 1080p30 due to twitch 3500bitrate recommendation 1080p60 is pretty much impossible for you in most games

I was using game capture for both csgo and gta.

all i can see is monitor capture everywhere and game capture once which was hooked into steam.exe
