Question / Help Stream Quality drops when it should never

My pc should be able to stream and play games with no issues but instead i get problems streaming with skipping audio and video .

My pc Specs are

CPU: AMD FC 9370 Eight Core 4.4 ghz
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 7990 6GB
Ram: 16 GB of DDR3 1600
Upload Speed is 25+ MB/s
Download Speed 6 MB/s
Windows 7 64 bit

Like i said above this a beast of a PC and i shouldnt have this issue.
Below is the log file. any help would be appreciated .

  • Set CPU preset back to very fast
  • Reduce Webcam resolution to 1280x720, you will notice pretty much no quality difference and it reduces load on USB massively which can also affect CPU usage
  • Set base resolution to use your native monitor resolution (1680x1050) instead of 1920x1080 to avoid quality degradation due to source stretching
 
Enable Aero and mayb try setting the webcam resolution to 720p or lower. You don't need a 1080p webcam when your just going to have it in a small area.
If that doesnt work try setting the cpu preset back to veryfast.
