Question / Help stream quality difference

Hello,i want to ask you guys about one thing,i saw multiple threads about stream quality etc so..

What is better to stream and for watchers if i have 1,8 mb real upload - 480p extreme quality or 720p low quality?

I want to stream League of Legends mostly.


I have fx 8350 and i looking on this picture when i asking you guys ;P

Well, to be honest, LoL can look quite decent at 720p30fps on only 1500 bitrate. It might get a little blocky during really intense fights, but most of the time it should look completely fine. You may even be able to use the Faster or Fast x264 preset to make up for some of the bitrate limitations as well with that CPU.
