Question / Help Stream quality and disconnecting in ESO

Hey guys new dude here LOL

I have me a I7 Intel with Geforce 550Ti (Planning to buy a 760 this year). I've done some live streaming before for Train Simulator after we changed to charter. The connection was very unstable and got a new router to control upload speeds. Before my bro limited our upload speeds due to bad latency we kept getting disconnected. Now I'm going to try it again and this time with obs.

I have a game mmo that came out 4-4-2014 which it's called Elder Scrolls Online. I've started messing around with the kbs and so forth and can't really live stream in HD cause we get DC all the time. I'm do some research and I'm gonna need a little help. I read here and might give it a test sometime on Sunday.

How do I get a goood high quality near HD without effecting DC for 480p? I can't go higher otherwise twitch will lag. I keep it around 700kbs and works pretty nicely.

Here's the info
Video: 1920x1080 (Have not tested yet) I tested in 1600x900
Resolution Downscale: 1.50 (1280x720)
Filter: Lanczis
FPS: 30

Multithreaded: Checked
Priority Class: normal
Scene Buffering: 400
x264: Veryfast (Now changed to Slower to test it out)
CFR: Check

Everything else is left alone.
Thanks.

I just got Elder Scrolls Online and been testing it for quite sometime. I have a pretty decent pc i7 3rd gen/8 gb ram/1 tb/550ti Geforce.

I also played Run 8 Train Simulator and it seems to be working just fine with OBS (DirectX 9), but in Elder Scrolls online I've been getting crazy Pixelation I mean blurry video when I move and attack. When I sit still you can pretty good. I've tried everything, down scale get the highest resolution as I could.

ESO's recommended Video Card: Direct X 11 compliant video card with 2GB of RAM (NVIDIA® GeForce® 560 Ti / ATI Radeon™ 6950 or better). With my 550ti it's working pretty good.

I just don't understand why OBS is having a hard time recording ESO with Blurry pixelation. I can't see anything in the video, my internet is 4mb upload but limited to 1mb due to qos. So i've been testing it and will give you the info here

OBS Encoding.jpg OBS Video.jpg OBS Advanced.jpg

This is the setup I have. I can't go higher than my encoding or it'll lag just crazy. My qos router keep the upload under control without crashing the internet.

OBS is the only problem I've got so far for ESO. Run 8 runs just fine even my speed I run right now. Is there anyway if OBs can support Directx11? Even more bitrate doesn't help :(. I just want to figure out how to make the live streaming better for eso.

Merged your duplicate topic into the first one. Don't make duplicate topics. 825 Kbps is not going to result in a high quality stream regardless of what you do, especially in a game like ESO with lots of motion and details. Things like grass are particularly difficult to encode well.
