Question / Help Stream problem

Every time i have streamed the video will randomly stutter. Obs says i am dropping 0% frames. can someone tell me why or how to fix. i included log. Also i am running an 7970 and a gtx 770 in my rig for folding @ home is that causing an issue. My internet should be a bit better than this but should be enough to stream 720p right? http://www.speedtest.net/result/3757162699.png

i did use the wrong version the time i streamed today. This has been happening for months though it is not just the out of date version.

Your system is fantastic and the log file reports no problems. Very few issues actually. I'm assuming that you're streaming. Record to file and see if the problem happens there, if it does not happen when you play it back from file, the issue is most likely just the flash player and not anything you're doing. The flash player sometimes cannot decode fast enough (terrible decoder), so it's typically beyond the streamer's control.
