I have a HP Pavilion 17 (specs will be below), and when I stream, it freezes, and when I try to screen record minecraft, there are little green dots that appear on the screen every few seconds. Please give me some settings to get this sorted. Both issues please.

Specs:
AMD A10-8700P 1.8 GHz (3.2 GHz overclocked) (I don't overclock, should I?)
AMD Radeon R6

Overclocking an Mobile CPU isnt really anything you should do especially on AMD side since they usually run a quite high Core Voltage and generate more Heat anyway.

Problem here is you are missing a Logfile so we can see what you were trying to do.

This logfile was when I test streamed minecraft so I could get the logfile for this thread.

that's a screenshot of my minecraft recording, those dots flicker on and off the screen every 1-2 seconds.

Please help! I need some good settings to record and stream.

Scene Buffering Time 700
Use Window Capture
Uncheck CBR
Check CFR
And for the leftover Settings follow the Guide please, since it keeps going on https://obsproject.com/forum/resources/obs-classic-how-to-make-high-quality-local-recordings.16/
thank you for these settings, however, when I use window capture, this is what it captures.

Edit: I tried using studio and this is what it captures on studio
