Question / Help Stream pixelates every 2-3 seconds.

Just like the title says. My stream pixelates every 2-3 seconds for 1 second and then goes back to normal then the cycle repeats.I have no idea why this happens. I've worked with multiple people who are experienced with OBS and they literally have no answer to this problem. PLEASE HELP ME!

Just tried this, it still pixelates ever 2-3 seconds though.

Why do you have custom x264 settings?

Why are you using superfast? Are you trying to record local?

No he's not. He's trying to stream.

Yeah, time to remove that custom x264 setting and swap back to Veryfast.
This is one of the reasons I hate those 'best settings' and 'one simple trick' guides.

400ms used to be the default scene buffer time. Either he's been using OBS for quite a long while, or the person who wrote the guide was and he just copied that setting too, I'm guessing.

Thank you for the help, switching the cpu preset to veryfast helped A LOT and yes I have had obs basically since it was out.
