I stream at 2500kbs same as buffer rate, the only problem is im getting such high pings in games when going live?
when not live pings are normal i dont know what to do.

i stream games, cod ghosts bf4 etc

To reduce ping you need to use "minimize network impact" in broadcast settings.

okay so i tried that the game pings hit 250 still, can confirm when not live they dont do this

Then you'll need to lower your bitrate until your ping stabilizes. Also stop using a custom buffer size.

Minimize network impact can't help if you're using too much of your stable bitrate unfortunately.
