Question / Help Stream PC through my Laptop?

I've just bought myself a laptop to use as a side media/gaming for when I travel etc and It got me thinking about the potential for streaming and lead me to wondering If I could stream my PC through my laptop to take the stress off of my PC?

So potentially, PC > Laptop > Twitch. I'm completely unsure If this is possible but If It is how would I go about setting something like this up?

You would need a USB Capture Card like the Elgato HD60 (I think it was this Capture Card)

You could be installing Linux on the 2nd PC which is supposed to stream and then go with a 2PC streaming Setup using your own Network (RTMP Server) which still needs your Gaming PC to stream but with really weak x264 Settings so theres barely any Load on the CPU.
