Question / Help Stream over local network

I am completely new to OBS. What I am looking to do is stream live video from one PC to another on the local network. I have configured OBS to work with an external webcam on one PC, I just need to figure out how to get it to the other PC. If anyone can point me to a guide or give me the dummy instructions I would appreciate it.

Also, if there are other services I should consider for what I'm trying to do (like VLC?) please make any suggestions.

Thanks for this. I think I have installed NDI correctly but I don't have a clue how to actually use it and I can't find any guides online. Can you point me to a guide or give me the quick instructions?

So I figured out how to use NDI and I now have video between two PCs on the same local network. But I don't have audio. Any ideas?
