I'm trying to stream fallout new vegas on my pc to twitch. I have tried ever combo I can think of on obs and game settings. Every time I move the character to look around, every things gets blocky. but then I'm not moving its fine. my computer has an i5 and a gtx 960 if that helps. I just want yelp setting my settings to something that will work with my computer.
