Try using game capture instead of monitor capture, or use window capture on the LoL window rather than the entire monitor.

Could I have a log file from when you attempted streaming?
Where do i find this log file? :S
Click on "Settings" -> "Open Log Folder" and then choose the very specific file created at the time/date you were streaming or you can just delete all of them and do it from scratch so you can be sure it's the correct log file. And after that paste the whole log there or via http://pastebin.com/.

You are using an old version of OBS by the way, see if the newest one helps you first. :)

What are your computer specs, from the twitch stream it seems like you're memory is being used up quite quickly.

This is what would help us diagnose this:
1)Your specs
2) When you stream, on the OBS there is a green box that changes from green->yellow->red whenever your choking out your bandwith. When you stream does it go red sometimes?
3) Along with #2, whats your %droppped frame rate

1) AMD X4 955 3,2 GHZ CPU, 8800 GTS 6xxMB GPU, 4GB DD3 RAM
2) I just tried, and it stayed green the whole time
3) 0% dropped frame rate it said.

First thing I note - one, is that your video card is very, very old. 8800 GTS is very dated, and it's taking a whopping 28 milliesconds to copy things from your GPU. On later GPUs, this should only be ~2 milliseconds. The app is very GPU dependent, so having a decent video card is very important for this particular application.

Did the new version of OBS work? It looks like you might be choking out your computer visually. I also had the same problem and I run a 64 bit windows but 32 windows OBS works better with game capture.
