Question / Help Stream not playing others on TS3

New Member
Im using OBS and playing with a friend. When I stream I noticed that everything plays on the stream except my friends voice. Everything else that plays in my speakers is on the stream except TS3.. Checked the settings, and they match up exactly with OBS.
