Question / Help Stream Misc. "Disconnected by Server" - Help

I've been using OBS to stream for over a year now, and have had very little issues, I've been through many of the forum postings prior to posting this and spoke to many people and tried to trouble shoot this to the best of my ability and would appreciate a little guidance. At this time, I've downsized, lowered bitrate & FPS, and I still have the same result.. My stream will just literally, randomly "disconnected by server," on OBS - forcing me to restart my stream. I have tried multiple servers throughout the US and they all give me the same result over time. There is no rhyme or reason for this occurring either. For ex: stream 4 hours, very few frames dropped.. then down. Restart it..it's fine for another hour, then downed.., etc..

My latest log from my stream last night is attached. To clarify, I have already visited the forum posting that provides all the things to try before posting. I am there, and at a loss. I've never had this issue til about a month ago, and I originally thought it might be just the servers or Twitch having a hiccup. It has persisted this long with the same exact outcome and I need help.

Oddly enough, just before this started happening.. Charter came out and swapped my modem when I was experiencing issues. Now it works fine but literally cuts out of nowhere, and it creating a major issue for my stream. Now I was reading through your conversations on your post, have you found a full proof fix?

Also, regarding the twitch tests, I've already ran that last night and all the servers seemed par at best. 70s quality through all US locations.

70 quality, but what RTT?

If the RTT is over about 120 for ANY us server, then it's charter being broken.
