While streaming World of Warcraft and other games, when there is a lot of high movement the stream become heavily out of focus, pixelated even. I am uploading my log files from my last stream and a link to my raid's Garrosh kill:

Here is my current hardware:
Windows 8.1 Pro
AMD FX-8350 4.2Ghz
ASRock 990FX Extreme9 AM3+ AMD 990FX
16 GB G.SKILL Trident X Series DDR3 1600
Corsair Neutron Series GTX 240GB SSD
EVGA Nvidia GeForce GTX 670 FTW 2GB
CORSAIR HX Series HX850 850W PSU

Any help would be apprecciated

I'm not sure what you are talking about. Everything seems to be fine. Please point put a part where high motion or pixelation occurs.

Start ay 7:23 of the stream and watching from there. Everything is clear at that point then once the fight start is become a bit blurry.

If I am making something out of nothing, please let me know. I just want to make sure everything is running fine for my stream. I had someone in my chat mention it to me earlier in my stream.

I see what you mean, it's completly normal. As the picture gets more complex more and more details get lost.

I looked at your log and noticed that you use 2400 kbits as your max bitrate, If you'v the upload needed you can go up to 3000 or 3500, this should lessen the "out of focus effect" during high motion, it will still be there though, just less noticable.

You can still try to set your x264 preset to faster instead of very fast, this will put more load on your cpu though. The impovement in picture quality will probably marginal. Make a local recording, monitor you cpu heat and load and decide for yourself if it's worth it.
