Every time i try to stream i keep getting the Feedback that it looks choppy and/or the Quality sucks.
Normaly i should be able to stream Games quite good.

My Pc specs:
  • Cpu: i7 4770k @ Stock
  • GPU: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 770 WindForce 3X OC, 4GB
  • Motherboard: Asrock H87 Pro4
  • RAM: 16 Gb DDR3
  • SSD: Samsung 840 120Gb
  • HDD: Hitachi 2TB x2, Seagate 2TB
  • Monitor: Monitor: Acer Predator GN246HLBbid @ 1080p @ 144hz
Here's also a OBS Log: https://gist.github.com/anonymous/1932bfc0a12de7997c73
And here's a Video of what i mean: http://www.twitch.tv/itazuraa/b/567867007

I saw people streaming in perfect Quality with similar Pc's quite alot.
Edit: CPU and GPU Temps and loads are normal while streaming

Hopefully someone could help me.

That's really odd, you have no dropped frames, aero is disabled and the rest seems to be fine. What game are you playing? Maybe try to reduce your preset back to veryfast.

TIP: You can try to limit your fps to your monitors refresh rate. This can help in cases where you have high fps by converting the extra frames rendered by the cpu into more rendering power for other tasks such as streaming. You can't see more fps than your monitors refresh rate anyway.

The quality is perfectly in line with your settings. Keep in mind that your own stream will always look worse to you because you spend your time watching the uncompressed source content and will be able to spot compression artifacts and other imperfections much more readily that your viewers. Nothing to fix here.

The same components don't really matter if the encoding settings are different. That user is streaming at 40 FPS, not 60 FPS. They're also using different vbv-maxrate/vbv-bufsize settings than you are.

Just for example compared to this here it looks completely shit. Even tho she's using the exact same components

It's because she streams at a lower bitrate, framerate and preset. Her cpu is loaded less and less data/second is being streamed online.

With R1CH's tool you can analyze streams and see their settings (http://r-1.ch/analyze-twitch-vod.php)

Try to stream at a lower preset first, set it back to veryfast. If that doesn't make a difference, try setting your bitrate/buffer lower.
