Im new to streaming , don't know what to change in settings , I did just like the tutorial for twitch but it looks laggy.My pc specs are: i5 2500k , ati hd6770 , 10 gb ram . About the upload speed tried a Frankfurt server and got 25mbps .Can someone tell me what settings should I use in obs ?Tx

seems like some of my info in the first post is missing.
use JTVPing to test what twitch server is actually the best, your closest server may not always be the best server to stream to, you want a low ping and jitter.
set your stream to 1280x720, 2,500kbps, fps between 30-45, never go 60 its a waste, and then play with your preset, you want to get as slow as you can without making the CPU load while gaming and streaming hit above 85%, try to keep it closer to 80%

you can get a decent looking stream.
i've heard some pretty bad stories about servers outside of USA for twitch. even seen it once or twice. so, provided their servers arent running like crap, yes, you can get a decent looking stream.
