Question / Help Stream looks great but the actual OBS window won't resize my preview

To be more clear, I'm having no issues re-sizing windows or captures. But the OBS preview doesnt change when dragging the corners to make it smaller to fit more windows on my second monitor. So when I resize OBS it stays in full resolution so I only see the center of whats actually being streamed. I can upload a picture if I need to.

I don't know if this a common problem or not as I am fairly new to OBS. But any help is appreciated!
