Question / Help Stream looking fine but games looks choppy while streaming

Olla there,

I've got the problem that every time i try to stream whatever game, my game just becomes choppy/jittery like fuck while the stream is looking perfectly fine. Also the FPS are mostly the same (may a few less while streaming)

That's i'm saying. The stream looks perfect but yet it doesn't even look any kind of like this on my monitor.

Your monitor is 144hz , but you're streaming at 60 fps.
*Do not stream at more than 60 fps*

make sure that you have no flash player applications running in the background like your own stream muted or something like that also if you use multiple monitors and they have different refresh rates you might wanna put your browser on the main monitor where you also game on as a test because i have the same issue when im playing osu
