Hey, guys.

So, I want to stream. There's no problem except that the stream is everytime loading after a few minutes.
Then it continues and after a couple of minutes it's loading again. And that keeps annoying me.
I've got an upload speed of 6 Mbps. Do you know why I have this problem?

Here are my specs & settings:
CPU: Intel Xeon E3-1230v3 4x 3.30GHz
GPU: AMD R9 280X 3GB
RAM: 8GB

Internet speed: http://www.speedtest.net/result/3635600570.png

Video Encoding
Encoder: x264
Use CBR: Check
Max. Bitrate: 2200
Use Custom Buffer Size: Uncheck
Enable CBR padding: Check

Audio Encoding
Codec: AAC
Format: 44.1kHz
Bitrate: 128
Channel: stereo

Server: EU Amsterdam, NL

Video
Custom: 1920x1080 (16:9)
Res. downscale: 1.50 (1280x720)
Filter: Lanczos
FPS: 60fps

Advanced
Scene Buffering Time: 400ms

I've also tried to change the filter to Bilinear and the FPS to 30 but this didn't fix it.
I hope you can help me.

It's an issue with your connection to the Twitch distribution server. It doesn't happen to everyone who watches your stream. You can see if streaming to a different server helps, or lowering your bit rate, but there's not a lot you can do. Again, not everyone who watches your stream will have this problem.

Okay, I'm not sure about that 'cause my mates said it loads after a while for them too. I've already tried to change the server to Frankfurt DE since I'm livin in Germany but that didnt fix it either.

Besides when I'm streaming you can see in the right corner that you're live, the bitrate and a small box. And in this small box I can see green-yellow. You know what I mean? I don't understand why... my upload speed is enough.
