Question / Help Stream loading icon

Hi guys!
Not long ago you helped me with the stream settings, now I've another issue.
People who watch my stream, says that every little while the stream get stuck, there is a loading icon for a few seconds and then the stream come backs.
Hope you know what I mean and I really hope that you can help me fix it..

That's the stream buffering. Using a lower bitrate is the only thing you can do to help reduce it. Otherwise, it's an issue with your viewers' connection, or the Twitch servers.

I have reduce already reduced the bitrate from 2000 to 1500, and most (not all) of viewers still complain about that buffering..
I have good upload speed and I have free lag with 2000bitrate, so it's definitely not me.
Do you have any other solutions? People will not watch a stream with 1000 bitrate (very low quality)...

Dump twitch.tv and test with hitbox.tv or a similar service.
Change servers and test a lot. If you do not drop frames and everything is fine on your side, the service provider you use is the one to ask. You cannot do anything except lowering your bitrate.
