stream to a broadcast address preferably to a private UDP address. usually something like 223.0.0.1. each client with listen on said address. It is important to do some research here.
Also note that most home routers will literally lock up when streaming a multicast over wireless or cheap home routers.
All listen devices will listen on the same broadcast address
