Hello my upload is 20mb/s , bit rate at 2700 . streaming at 60fps, 0 frame drops everything looks okey while people is watching with computer. But who is watching with mobile they are getting lags every 1-2 seconds. Tried everything but nothing helps. maybe anyone had this problem too?

are you sure your upload speed is 20 mbps? Go to testmy.net and click Upload Speed Test.
First day's i was with 2000, and it was same , somewhere i red that max is 3500 for non partnership so i raised it a bit. so its not a problem.
First and foremost, ALOT of mobile devices CANNOT view 1080@60 stream very well, so if that is your issue, there is nothing you can do besides lower it down to 720@60 or less for your mobile viewers.
for example, my Nokia 1520 (which supports full 1080 streams, has some troubles viewing 1080@60 streams.

Scene buffering time set to 400Two more things, set your buffer size the same as the bitrate when streaming (this can cause issues on the viewer's side as well) and lastly, you might want to test without your custom x264 settings while you are having issues, if/once you get them resolved, readd
