I've tried posting it in Bugs, but I think this board might be better suited for this.
Two days ago I wanted to stream and record a video, so I launched OBS like usual. I was prompted to update (plugins irrc, there were four listed), and so I did. After that, I hit Start Recording, Start Streaming, and went to play.
However after playing I checked videos and noticed the quality is horrible.

I commenced some tests offline and received similar results. When I press just record, no streaming, the video starts lagging 15 seconds in. Messing with bitrate didn't really fix it, unless I set it to 1000kbs, but then quality was really bad so it's not a good solution.
